    Closed-beta expectations

    Reliquity is pre-release software. Bugs, interrupted saves and data loss may occur during testing.

    Keep an independent backup and do not use Reliquity as your only record or reminder of a payment. Please report anything that looks incorrect.

    Financial information and your responsibility

    Reliquity is a personal financial organisation tool. It is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, does not connect directly to banks, lenders or payment providers, and does not provide financial, debt, credit, investment or legal advice.

    The app cannot pay bills or manage debts for you. Check important amounts, balances and due dates against information from the relevant provider and seek appropriately qualified advice when needed.

    Nothing in this information limits rights you have under applicable law.

    How your information is handled

    Your workspace may contain names, relationships, financial amounts, dates and notes. Local-only data stays in this browser unless you export it. Hosted data is stored for your signed-in account.

    New downloaded backups are encrypted with a password you choose. Hosted account backups are also tied to the account that created them and require an authenticator or recovery code to restore. Reliquity cannot recover a forgotten backup password. Older backup files may still be readable and should be replaced with a new encrypted copy.

    During the closed beta, analytics are on by default and count how often signed-in testers open Debts, Budget, Upcoming or Projects. The aggregate report saves the section, day and number of opens; it does not include account IDs, names, financial records, amounts, notes or backup contents. A short-lived security code linked to your account lets the app check your saved choice. Cloudflare receives network details such as your IP address to handle requests, and provider request logs are separate from the aggregate report. You can turn analytics off at any time in Options. Before inviting testers, we will explain data collection and retention in the privacy notice.

    What we count and how to change your choice

    When analytics are on, we count how often signed-in testers open Debts, Budget, Upcoming or Projects. The report stores the section, day and total number of opens. It does not store your name, account ID, balances, transactions or notes in those totals.

    To check your saved choice, each event also carries a short-lived security code linked to your account. Cloudflare receives network details such as your IP address to handle requests; provider request logs are separate from the aggregate report.

    Analytics are on by default during the closed beta. These totals help us see which areas need attention and prioritize improvements. You can turn analytics off here at any time.

    DATA AND PRIVACY

    Archive

    Archived items are hidden from your normal lists but stay in your account and in full workspace backups. Restore returns an item to use. Permanent deletion removes the item and the related records listed in the confirmation. For a hosted account, you must verify your account again before it is deleted.
